Derek LeBon was born and raised in Laguna Beach and is Broker/Owner of BONLIFE, a full-service brokerage, mortgage and property management company at 302 Glenneyre Street. He has spent about ten years in South Orange County real estate and already produces hyperlocal civic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, including a mayor interview filmed hours before the Forest Avenue trees came down, an LBUSD bond briefing, and coverage of the Historic Resources Inventory ruling. Before real estate he spent six years working with hospital C-suites for one of the world's largest medical device companies, which is where the habit of reading a balance sheet in public came from.
