About the Show

My show “On the Rocks” is a highly themed music show where the subject of the day determines the music that gets played. As a 60+ year old local “Laguna Native” I try to source guests, play local music and preserve memories of music that has swept through our town and our airwaves through the years.

Whether you know or don’t know anything about “left handed guitarists, or bands with two drummers”, we do a deep dive every week into each subject we choose. Look for interesting “FactZoids” (aka factoids) about the songs and the backstories you may have never heard.

Although I tend to favor New Wave, Alternative, Punk, Reggae and Ska, you can expect a varying array of music depending on each week”s theme.

So, tune in each week (Friday 3pm to 4pm) to “On The Rocks” and you just might learn a little about our little town and the tunes that played while the memories were made.
