About the Host
Hey there! My names Louella Arrows & I host Dreamgaze Overtone where we groove together to sounds of the underground, deep vintage tracks, & heavy doses of reverb laden ambience. As a singer/songwriter & musician I truly enjoy listening to others’ music as much as I love making my own. I’ve always been enthralled with the timeless culture of the 60’s & 70’s, surf tones, lo fi music, garage rock, psychedelia as well as classic Hollywood's costume cowboy era. I’ve had the pleasure of meandering & living throughout this fabulous state all the way from San Francisco, Sebastopol & Santa Cruz, to the Eastern Sierras & Lake Tahoe, back on down to sunny south Orange County. Wild West twang & sun drenched beach sounds echo through my mind, and, along with my life experience as a wanderer, help me craft a California soundtrack.
