Chad Gibbs

Hi Laguna Beach! It’s Chad Gibbs (aka Zoido). I’m a 60-year Laguna native, who grew up surfing Thalia Street out in front of the palapa my dad helped build in 1970. I’ve spent my entire life in town and through surfing have traveled the world extensively. I grew up in Mystic Hills where I would walk to school at Thurston and later skateboard down Skyline to the High School. I’ve always had a strong love of music and was always asked to play the music at parties or make mixed tapes for events. I was an electrician in town for 25 years and am currently retired living on Oak Street with my family.
