About the Host

I have experience in the entertainment industry - including movies, theater and radio - so I had an idea of what to expect coming here to KXFM. I came up with the idea of introducing the “Fantasy Concert.” I was not disappointed. It took a couple of meetings but I did receive the go ahead to start. I soon discovered that the great part of being with KXFM was watching it grow from the ground up. I have been allowed and given the same opportunity to grow with it. The best part has been the understanding and appreciation of the effort and support (with KXFM) that comes from our own community of listeners. They are the best. I have been here for over ten years now and have learned that it is all about the music and how we use this music to best serve the community of our listening audience. Thank you. RJ.
